Leadership Team
Our leadership team, including the Chairman and Directors, have built MWE from what used to be a family business to a global organisation. Even though we are big, we are small enough to care, and hence our customers’ needs are always at the heart of the business. We have reinvested in resources, facilities, equipment and have the capacity to meet global demands.
Technical and R&D Team
MWE’s technical and R&D team are at the forefront of bringing innovation into the industry. With successful products like the Sigma Range, Transwab, and Dryswabs, our technical team are continuously working on new ideas. These teams work in conjunction with research departments within healthcare facilities and universities.
Sales and Marketing Team
Sales and Marketing work hand in hand. Our sales and marketing team support customers and our distributor network. As the face of the company, they have supported customers through the pandemic and beyond, whether that be through face-to-face or on the phone support.
Production and Operations Team
MWE’s production team span over 4 facilities and with the company’s production capacity increasing ten-fold, this team is an integral part of the business. With the support of the operations team who keep the supply chain running in an efficient manner, MWE’s ability to supply globally has become stronger than ever before.
Quality Control and Assurance Team
We pride ourselves on quality products, and without the quality team, this would not be possible. This team carries our rigorous quality checks, follows high standard procedures, and ensures the products our customers get are up to the mark.
