You are able to download QC certificates on this page for your product by using the batch number.

Instructions

  • Enter the LOT number from the peel pouch of your MWE product
  • Where the product does not have a peel pouch, enter the LOT number from the vial or packaging of your MWE product
  • Enter your email address
  • Click ‘Produce PDF’ to download your QC Certificate
  • If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, please download here.
